* use a rubber band attached to the bar for assistance, place your feet into the band
* Place yourhands on the bar with the palms facing yourself and a grip slightly withing shoulder width.
* Retract the shoulders and tuck them down and keep the core tight and back slightly arched.
* Breathing out, pull the torso upward until the head is above the bar, keeping the elbows against the side of the body.
* Lower back to the starting position while breathing in.
* Repeat for reps.
