* Hold the body from arms extendend above the chest dip bars. This is your starting position.
* Slowly lower your body with the torso leaning forward and elbows slightly flared out until you feel a stretch in the chest.
* From this position squeeze the chest and bring your body back up to the starting position as you breathe out.
* Repeat for reps
