* Extend arms in front of the chest at should width.

* With a slight bend at the elbow, lower arms in a circular motion to the side in an open arm position.

* Bring dumbbells together in a wide hugging motion until the dumbbells are nearl together, squeezing the chest at the top of the movement.

* Repeat for reps.
