* Secure the band around a stationary object.

* Grab the handles and extend arms at shoulder width, stepping forward to create the appropriate resistance on the band.

* Raise arms to the side with palms facing forward and a slight bend at the elbow.

* Bring the handles across the chest in a circular motion, squeezing the chest as the hands meet.

* Return the handles to the starting position and repeat for reps.
